Hi, I’m Laura

Women’s Health Advocate, Public Health Student, Entrepreneur, and Founder of Infradian.

I’m building a world where no girl grows up thinking her pain is normal and no woman is dismissed when she asks for care.

If you believe women deserve better, you’re in the right place.

My Why

For years, I was in pain and no one listened.
Endometriosis, PMDD, ADHD, infertility…

the signs were always there.

The care wasn’t.

That’s why I’m speaking up now

so the next girl doesn’t wait a decade for answers.

End the 7-Year Wait:
Demand Routine Menstrual Health Checkups for Women & Girls

In the UK, it takes an average of 7.5 years to diagnose endometriosis. Menstrual health conditions like PMDD, PCOS, and chronic pelvic pain are often dismissed until they’ve already caused irreversible damage—physically, emotionally, and economically.

That’s why I’m calling on the government to act:

1. Routine menstrual health checkups within 6 months of a girl’s first period
2. Mandatory GP referrals to reproductive health specialists
3. Government-funded care when NHS wait times are unsafe

Empowering Girls and Boys in Zimbabwe's Rural Areas

Group of school girls in uniforms holding pink packages outdoors, smiling with a woman under a blue sky with clouds. A flag and trees are visible in the background.

Last year, thanks to your support, we raised £1,000 and reached over 300 girls in rural Zimbabwe with pads, underwear, and soap. This year, we’re expanding our mission to include boys. Providing essentials and education so every child can learn with dignity, confidence, and support.
